Our facilitators can lead your team through a journey of discovery that will help them create alignment around common goals and clarify their vision for the future.
By guiding discussion we support the team to express their concerns, contribute their ideas, discuss strategy and resolve conflict.
Through the use of various instruments we assist team members to gain a clearer understanding of themselves, how they prefer to work with others, their strengths, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
These instruments include: Team Management Profile, QO2, Myers Brigs Type Indicator, Window on Work Values Profile, Organisational Values Profile, and the Linking Skills Profile.
