The Enigma Group was established in 1997. We have worked extensively throughout Australia and abroad to enable our clients to achieve outstanding results. Working across all industry sectors, we have helped organisations to identify their challenges and developed strategies to overcome them. Creating a more productive future.

We partner with our clients and collaborate with other specialists to support the process of driving change, individually, within small teams, across business units and throughout entire organisations. We tailor our response to address the specific needs identified and typically start by supporting leaders to clarify the current status of their teams, define both realistic and aspirational objectives then develop aligned strategy to forge the future.

Enigma can then support the transformation process through tailored training, individual coaching, facilitated process, ongoing tracking and support.

Significant Business Projects to Date

After United Energy's long-standing Customer Service program was shown to be ineffective and poorly received by participants, we worked with them to redevelop the program. By improving the instructional design, creating simulations to engage participants and clarify issues and deliver training that the participants could identify with. We radically improved internal customer satisfaction rates and helped service representatives to consistently apply their skills.
Business Consult
When the Age Print Centre at Tullamarine opened in 2002, helping staff make the transition into a "dynamic cross functional team environment" was one of the many challenges the management team needed to confront.

The Enigma Group worked closely with HR to develop a component of their induction training to clearly define the vision for the new organisation's culture. We facilitated a process that enabled employees to understand how they should interact, and take ownership of building the new culture.
