Vincent Van Der Zee is the principal consultant with The Enigma Group and brings specialist skill to the team. He has specialised in the field of experiential learning, which is supported by skills in accelerated learning techniques and NLP.

Since the inception of The Enigma Group Pty Ltd in 1997, Vincent has worked with a huge variety of clients to facilitate processes which assist functional groups to identify and overcome obstacles which impede their ability to work collaboratively toward success.
In addition to strategic planning, he has also supported a range of clients through the needs analysis, instructional design and implementation of training interventions to address specific business needs.
His background in Outdoor Education, leadership and business management has provided a sound foundation in the facilitation of process based organisational learning, using a variety of experiential techniques.
In recent years Vincent has consolidated his experience through formal training in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Vocational Education and Training and Accelerated Learning techniques.
As a graduate of Stephanie Burns Training to Train and Gadria s Masterful Facilitation programs, Vincent demonstrates an ongoing commitment to his professional development. He is passionate about working with people to assist them in clarifying their roles and relationships with others in order to improve the performance of teams in the workplace. Using a broad range of models, team development tools and strategies he is able to make people aware of how they can get better results and more satisfaction by refining 'team process . Vincent is an exceptional presenter who thrives on controversial subject matter and dealing with interpersonal, team and leadership issues.
Vincent believes that experiential learning, often utilising natural elements to further embed outcomes, is one of the most powerful strategies for changing the attitudes of people and influencing the culture of organisations in order to reshape them into more effective entities. His enthusiasm in this field is often infectious and he is able to set most peoples concerns to rest.
A reputation as the "fix it man", follows Vincent wherever he works because when it comes to organising complex logistics, or making technical activities work, there's not a problem. Vincent thrives on projects that are unconventional to say the least.
Whether it be converting a ferry into a 400 person floating conference facility on Sydney Harbour for a day, or creating an executive challenge through the Grampians in Victoria to prepare the 'top team for the challenges ahead, he says; not a problem . He maintains that he works at his best under pressure.

Often referred to as dry and objective, Vincent is an accredited Mediator with the International Conflict Resolution Centre. He strives to ensure that all options and views are heard and considered.
